Rauno Perttu
Position: President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Rauno Perttu, age 62, is the President and Chairman of the Company. Mr. Perttu is an Oregon-registered Engineering Geologist with almost 40 years of experience in the mining industry.

He has held senior positions with some of North America's leading resource companies. At Kennecott Corporation, he initially worked as a senior geologist, was later promoted to Coal Manager, and then to Director of Business Development. Before Kennecott, Mr. Perttu held senior geologist and management positions at Gulf Minerals, Resources International, and Pacific Power and Light Company.

For the last 20 years, he has worked as a consultant, initiating and managing exploration and development programs in North America, Chile, Columbia, and Venezuela. He has been involved in the discovery of gold and silver deposits in Montana, Utah, and Nevada. He has diverse experience in economic geology. He has evaluated companies for acquisition and commodities for diversification. He has worked internationally in all phases of mineral and metals exploration, evaluation, and development.

Mr. Perttu has managed modest-sized to major projects and programs from the initial conceptual stage through all the subsequent steps, including discovery, acquisition, and determination of economic feasibility, development and production. This background has given him experience both the technical and business aspects of the mineral industry.

 
John Yee
Position: Director and Corporate Secretary

John K. Yee (age 62), a mining company executive and real estate developer, has been involved in many large land and housing projects in British Columbia and the United States for the past 30 years.

Mr. Yee spent 15 years in the golf and hospitality industries in the United States, Canada and Asia. Mr. Yee has a multinational background and was involved in numerous ventures in the US, Canada, Japan and more specifically in the Far East. In 1994 Mr. Yee was appointed Director of Goldrush Casino and Mining Cooperation ("Goldrush"), a Vancouver Stock Exchange listed company which is no longer in operation. He then became President and Director of Goldrush during 1995 to 1996, to oversee the business plans of the Company. The Company's mining property was in Black Hawk, Colorado with hotel and casino properties in Colorado and Las Vegas.

In 2003 through 2005, Mr. Yee was the Chairman of Magnum d'Or Resources Inc. an OTC publicly listed Company. Under his management, Magnum acquired the Shandi property, a large gold and copper exploration property in Mongolia. In 2004 Mr. Yee was also instrumental in acquiring the Khul Morit property in upper Mongolia, and was instrumental in forming a joint venture with Placer Dome for the Mongolian property.

Currently Mr. Yee is serving as director for 3 other mining Companies.

 
Richard Crofts
Position: Director

Richard Crofts is a resident of France and the United Kingdom. Richard Crofts is originally from Edinburgh, yet his years in the financial services field have taken him through out the world. The majority of Richard's experience has been in Risk and Insurance related business as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. Throughout his professional career, he has sat on the Board of Directors for several European companies in the Insurance/Reinsurance Credit and Financial Products industries. He has also advised numerous Gas, Oil and Mining ventures, primarily with respect to insurance risk and credit.

In 2001, Richard founded Euramca SA, a private insurance consulting firm based out of Paris, France. In October 2003, Richard was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Benjamin Rothschild Reinsurance Group. In late 2004, he co-founded Groupe PARI, an insurance and reinsurance consultancy firm based out of Paris, France and Algiers, Algeria. Richard Crofts was appointed to the board of Global Developments in November 2006.

 
Thomas L. Crom III
Position: Treasurer

Mr. Crom, age 52, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance as a senior executive. Mr. Crom is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Mr. Crom has extensive international business development experience in finance, SEC Offerings and the resource sectors in North America, South America and Africa. He was based in Santiago, Chile from November 1991 until March 1993, where he was the General Manager of a Chilean mining company that was at the time the third largest land owner in Chile. His Company employed more than 120 persons most of whom belonged to a union and was management's representative to the union.

During this period Mr. Crom participated or was directly responsible for over 50 joint ventures and/or mining property acquisitions.

Mr. Crom was also responsible for completing several securities offerings. This included and a merger to take over another public U.S. mining company which had significant debt problems and litigation which he resolved prior to completing the merger.

He has been responsible for corporate compliance, filings, IPO's, SPO's, risk analysis, business strategic planning, financial control, capital raisings and acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures and has worked throughout the Americas.

Currently, Mr. Crom is a director of three public U.S. companies and one public Canadian based International mining company.

Santa Clara University-Bachelor of Science in Commerce, cum laude in the Honors Program in June 1977 with a major in an accounting.

Golden Gate University-Masters of Science (Taxation), cum laude graduate in October 1982.

Certified Public Accountant (1979) and Certified Management Accountant (1982).
Mr. Crom is listed in the 'International Who's Who" since 1985.
